First things first - get your money back. How did you pay?
Then report it - http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/0 -
I've had the same experience as those above. Placed my order; I was then sent a confirmation of payment / order pending message ; and after that no response at all. I tried to contact them by message and phone; no answer to my messages or calls (the phone number never answers)
So they take your money and don't ship anything; it's a Scam.
Does anyone know which is the best agency to report them to? the police for fraud?0 -
cheers
by credit card; i am speaking with the card company now; i have to fill out some form they'll send in the post0 -
That's weird - my reply has appeared before your question! :rotfl:
Did you delete your original post?0 -
sorry, i'm new to this forum; i messed up a bit the post and tried to edit it and deleted by mistake; my fault
i appreciate your advice0 -

Upon investigation with Parcel Force, this means that the shipper has printed the shipping label but does not mean that the goods have been shipped. Although a tracking number is issued, there is not detail that the goods have been received by Parcel Force for delivery.
I have made over 20 attempts to make contact by phone. None of these were answered and the auto answer message tells you that "you cannot leave a message" which is even more infuriating.
Basically Simon Jefferies, the owner of this domain appears to taking money, printing a label and not shipping the goods. His ploy seems to be to ignore any complaint in the hope that people will give up.
.
Well you can only speak as you find but this wasn't my experience. I ordered from them (before reading these posts), I got a confirmation email and later a tracking number (which did show that Parcel Force had the package and were delivering). I ordered on a Sunday and the boots I ordered were delivered correctly today (Wednesday).
The tracking number from the actual link didn't work but did so when put into Parcel Force's own website.
Personally I'd be happy to use them again, especially as their price was the best I had found.0 -

Might be worth trying to send a quick email to Timberland themselves to confirm if he is an approved stockist?
using http://www.timberlandonline.co.uk/on/demandware.store/Sites-tbl-uk-Site/default/Stores-Find/C2129469132 and the postcode from their whois details then they are not an authorised retailer, but still does not rule them out as they may have got the stock from a wholesaler0 -
I ordered boots off this site yesterday. I immediately sent an email inquiring as to whether I could pay for special delivery so I could get them the following day. No response. i tried calling the number at least 20 times - no answer and cannot leave a message. The address in Laser Peddler's post I tracked down and found a phone number - the person who answered claimed to have never heard of discount footwear, it was admittedly an entirely different number to the two detailed in Laser Peddler's post. I have emailed him countless times and today I have honestly tried to call him about 50 times and still no answer. I have left a post on his facebook page which is also riddled with unhappy customers. This guy is an absolute f=cking joke - do not buy anything from him. I am fuming0

They are likely a China based merchant and at best you will get a pair of poor quality boots and at worst nothing.
How did you pay?
If it was by card, then give it 14 days and if nothing has arrived, ask your card provider to do a chargeback for non-delivery.0
