Hiya all, wasn't really sure where to post this so hope here is ok.
I have a problem that is driving me insane lately. I own a football site and forum. However, there is 1 company solidwoodkitchens who are spamming my site every single day. Every morning I get up and have to delete loads of new threads made by them spamming their company.
A few months ago I rang them and complained, then I had no spam for a while. It was like they took me off their list. I've tried ringing numerous times lately only to have the phone put down on me, be very rudely spoke to, I can't even get them to pass on a message! This is after being on hold for 20 minutes so Im dreading my phone bill.
Is there anything I can do?

Delete their account and block their IP address from creating a new account? In fact block ALL their IP addresses from accessing your forum? (Assuming they have used multiple connections to post their SPAM).0
