call them, sounds like your 12 month deal endedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

As above-you have lost your discount-there has been no overall increase.
A cal to the retentions number (not customer service) will invariably result in an offer of 6m free, or a monthly discount.
