Got engaged when we were both 19 (valentines day) but had been going out for 4 years by then and I got married the day before my 23rd birthday (so we had been together for nearly 8 years.

We have been married for 5 and a half years now and have two children aged 4 and 1.

We would have gotten engaged/married sooner but we were quite young and weren't financially ready.

Never bothered getting engaged, just moved in together when I was 21. Got married at 25. DS1 at 26 and twins at 30.

Engaged at 19. Married at 20. Just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary with 3 children. Blissfully happy ....apart from when he's being dull!!!!
