Problem with door handles received faulty

Hi.

Perhaps this should be in the Credit card section, as that's how I paid for them but I've ordered and received a set of door handles which were delivered damaged and with manufacturing faults too. I've send the compant two emails to ask them to give me a free return label and to return them and get a replacement set - no response. I also tried calling today - put on hold for 10 minutes than I gve up. Now I've sent another message using their web based 'contact us' form.

If they just ignore me, is my only option to contact the credit card company and put the order in dispute?

I've belatedly searched for reviews of the company and I see that many (but not all) responses complain of the sort of thing I'm getting. (doh!)

I've got 14 days from last Monday (5th Nov) to return the items.

Any advice?
