Virgin Tivo box

Anyone any experience in this box? I upgraded last week and it will be getting fitted next week.
They were also upgrading my internet, claiming I download on average 450GB of content a month, which was a lot. I had to be honest and claim that I was illegally downloading movies, and that I would no longer need to bother now that I'm upgrading back to the full movie/sports etc. Now that I have money again

I've had the 1TB TiVo box since February 2011 and it's been absolutely fine. On reading the TiVo forums it seems the 500GB model has some problems.

I will probably get the 500GB I would assume.
Well I cancelled the movies and sports when my salary had to take a hit, and made some cut backs, and to go was the sports and movies. I had already upped my internet speed to 20 but needed it for company network and software I used before the company were ramping down. Since I had a decent bandwidth I thought I may as well download for the time being and when I find other work, I will re-join, which is what I did.
The women made the statement of how my internet downloads were so high, that they were averaging around 450GB a month and that it was a lot, and that Virgin were changing to 60 in the next few months. First, I thought that she was trying to sell me it, so I told her why I use the 20 and that I'll not need to anymore since I have and paying for the movies0
