I've got the print tickets email but cos I'm now stuck at the Dartford crossing I can't print just yet. Fingers crossed, things usually do work out in the end, I need to remember that more often!

Thanks, but I tried that sprakky and still not received it and won't let me do it again. Have checked my junk mail folder but it's not in there and when I try to just click on the "Print At Home" option it keeps going on a loop asking me to input my reference and postcode again Hopefully it'll come through later but I've got my reference number to contact them if not.

I managed to get tickets for Wednesday in London, but it tells me that I have printed the tickets. NO, I HAVE NOT. I got them to send me an email and go round and round in circles. Bit strange that Gill72, it could just be the volume of traffic trying to access the site maybe. I kep trying and got there eventually. Hope you get them

Hi,
I managed to book the tickets quite easily but took several attempts to print them. I think the site must have been very busy and I only managed it hours later.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DATES -
I booked for Manchester - Saturday 15th Nov
Wording on the tickets says:-
ADULT VALID SATURDAY 15TH NOVEMBER 2014-XMAS4
ADMISSION "SUNDAY 16/11/2014"
Hopefully it is an error and will be accepted on the day.
