Anyone else struggle with Saturday tickets? I was very, very quick off the mark and I got as far as the 'buy tickets' button and no further, it said it had 'taken my payment' and to click the button and then nothing.

Very upset cos we can't go on any other day

I am having the same problem. I got the same message and now when i try again it says that its 'Unable to accept payment'

I managed to get a booking confirmation on screen for the Sunday in manchester (with the free MSE code) but when i go to print tickets it just takes me to SeeTickets customer service page!!!

Same here I have booking confirmation for Wednesday tickets at London, I fill the customer service page in with ref no and postcode get an option to print there but it takes me round in circles back to customer service page.

Has anyone successfully printed any?

I'm having trouble with printing my tickets off as well. Think they must be swamped and can't cope with all the traffic with people trying to get the free tickets. I've checked my email and haven't received my confirmation yet.

Mine have literally just come through via email and i didnt even think i had any as the error message was 'payment already processed'.
Maybe they just have a backlog and its taking its time!

Hi Gill 72 i had a bit of trouble. What i did was once i got to the print tickets off there is a "resend confirmation email" on the see tickets website. Do this and your tickets get sent to your email address.
