Using Android mobile phone app to compare supermarket prices?

Hi i am wanting an app to compare where the cheapest items are to buy using a bar code scanner on my mobile phone. Red lazer does not show supermarket items. Its more online stores that come up not well know supermarkets. Also what is the best item for searching for electrical goods via bar code scanning? Any suggestions?Keith

It may be just me, but your question makes no sense to me.

On a smart phone there are loads of apps that you can download that turns your camera on your phone in to a barcode scanner, you scan the bar code on say a tin of hp baked beans and then your phone does a search of the internrt and displays a list of supermarkets where you can buy that tin of hp beans for the lowest price. What app is best for doing this? I have tried red lazer and all that seems to do is search for the lowest price on the internet and does not serch the big local supermarkets. I think there is an app that will search supermarkers but i dont know which app will do that. Hope this clears any misunderstanding up.
