    Another overpayment made £1450.18/ £17726.07 just need to wait until intrest shows and then i can clear the credit card in full and close it down :) barcalys do not let you put the balance a credit! booo :D

    No. 75 checking in! I'm now up to £2,009.35/£10,000. So now at £7,990.65 to my target.

    Discovered a very pleasing thing at the bank today - a machine that shuffles, sorts and eats all your change and gives you a receipt to take to the teller to credit your account. So I was able to dump all the change in my purse into it - not only did I pay a couple of quid extra to the car, but my purse is a whole load lighter too!
