Hello, many thanks for your reply.

I'm planning to save as much as possible, I'm saving at the moment but what with Christmas, Birthdays numerous events etc I made the ultimate error and stuck it onto the credit card.

I'm aiming to pay off at least £200 off my credit card per month. More so if possible. The way to get it down even quicker and which will then enable me to save more money will be to:

    * Stop smoking (this was planned already, my stop smoking day is Monday ). This isn't just for financial reasons but it sure will help with that side of things too. This one is my ultimate goal, I will easy save £100-£120 per month just from this.

    * Taking lunch to work. So far so good, I managed 3/4 days last week so not too bad at all. This will save me at least £60 per month.

I'm sure I also have a lot of unwanted things to ebay too so I will get cracking with that this weekend.

    Good luck everyone :T
  • Good luck with your journey. You will soon have the card cleared. Good luck with the non smoking :-) x

Well done everyone. I have paid off £96.39 so my total for this month to date is £236.39

I am trying not to add to our credit card debt and actually reduce our debts. Car is playing us which is worrying. Am keeping our fingers crossed its not serious.
