Vodafone: Award for Worst Customer Service

Hi DerBiber,
As grumbler has mentioned in his post, it does state in the Terms and Conditions that we may ask for part payment if the bill is higher than usual so we aren't breaking any terms by doing so.
As the charges would have been pending, they would not yet have been generated on a bill which is why this wouldn't be possible to produce. I am disappointed, however that a breakdown was not provided to you in the interim.
If you would like to discuss this further, you can contact me via the details here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. Please also include a contact number and a link to your post when getting in touch.
Kind regards,
Heidi

Vodafone UK“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Vodafone. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
Why? "Robotic replies" is their speciality. I think they do this much better than any other network. And if their online account access is really "consistantly under repair", they must give customers other means of checking the charges before blackmailing them and demanding money that they allegedly owe.
Now come on Grumbler !
Would you rather have the recent poor signal from Orange/T-Mobile (EE) ?
Or the classic 3 thread on here ? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4282785 plus their notorious difficulty in cancelling.
Maybe Giff-Gaff and their missing CS team?
O2? With their recent troubles?
Anyone can have trouble with network Customer Services, although I agree about Offshore CS departments being somewhat robotic, but they nearly all have these don't they.
At least the Vodafone reps on here seem to be the best MSE reps.0
