I'd still take her if you have any concerns. Mutt used to get repeated urine infections and they did seem to vanish for a while then reappear. The other giveaway she was getting poorly was her urine having a strong ammonia type smell.
If she still seems ok you could always ask if you could drop a urine sample in, then go in if it shows traces of blood, variable ph, and the other signs of urine infections. My vet used to let me do that but they did have a full history as the infections happened several times a year. If it's a first for you they might need to see her to give a thorough once over.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

It may have cleared itself then :) I'd keep encouraging her to drink plenty and keep an eye on things. If she does start having problems again, get her to the vets pronto. You know your dog so you'll know if she's "off" at all :)

Please don't take veterinary advice from a receptionist, ask to speak with the vet nurse on the telephone.

and please don't take veterinary advice from this forum.

cystitis/bladder infections don't go away on their own, they sometimes lay dormant. I've suffered with this myself for many years and know alot about the condition.

Plus dogs/cats cant tell us that although they are still going to the toilet, it still hurts. Cystitis has many symptoms and it's not just straining to go with little or no wee, any fluids she is consuming still need to come out and will still hurt.

Please take her to the vet, it's not fair to wait and see just to save money and a trip.
