Morning, I'm trying to be in to. I can feel a bout of BD coming on but I'm trying to fight it :(
DD1 has decided she's too ill to do her work placement today  told her she'll have to deal with the phone calls herself.
DD2 is running late so I'll be dropping her at school in a bit.
My mum and I are having our hair cut this morning. I'm very nervous, new hairdresser and first cut in a year :o
So I'll be back later with some sort of list
  • Morning all, i'm back in again this week (thanks dusty for the lists). Today DD turns 12, we done all celebrating over the weekend and i have to say she got pretty much everything off her christmas list so i'll have to have a rethink. :D

KD has moved back in. It's abit of a weird one but i know what i'm at (plus his parents have enough on). I know he'll muck up again so this isn't taking him back more of a floating along. I just need time to get things sorted for me and the kids. I need to get the house cleared out (attic overloaded), save money ect. It's a WIP.

Anyway i'm in full force this week plus i've loads of charity stuff to do, 100 goodie bags need filling with stuff i haven't got yet.

    Right cuppa and i'll make a start....:D

A good start to the day. I've:

    S&s'd bathroom
Sorted clothes on airer and put away
    Emptied all bins
    Hoovered and swept through house
Cleaned dining table and nest of tables
Wiped paw prints off patio doors
    Wiped hearth
Wiped paw prints off front door
Wiped down fridge (inside & out), both freezers, & wm (did my best with the drawer as I couldn't get it out with one hand)

    Still to do:

    Full day of paid stuff
    Dog walking
    Dentist

Work surfaces will have to be on catch up list and mopping is beyond me at the moment.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • good morning :D

Frog chomped - I have phoned the dentist :) They managed to fit me in this week at a time convenient to me :D (when I have no kids!)

Miss T was late again this morning. I wasn't too chuffed when she turned up with her scooter, and her brothers had their scooters too (I am picking them up from school tonight, along with 2 others). It is enough to remind kids that they have all bags, coats, lunchboxes, jumpers, gloves, etc, without having to worry about scooters!! Not to mention arguments and lack of space. The mum said she will take them home with her when she has dropped them off at school (they were already 20 mins late when they came to me!)

OK. Miss T and I have had breakfast (her 2nd one, of course!), so we may go out for a bit of fresh air with the dog while the weather is ok (2 birds and all that!)

    Will report back later :)
  • I was debating whether to slip in and hope no-one noticed me or pretend to be new, but then I spotted several familiar names.

    So

I am a lapsed flylady with a house that needs reclaiming (and as I live alone no-one but me to blame:o)
    please may I be readmitted?

Monday - kitchen and dining room

    Sweep and mop the floor
    Level Two
Wipe the work surfaces - what you can see
Check who has a birthday this week or next and get organised
Wipe out the fridge and check the drain hole
    Level three
    Clean the washing machine drawer
Empty and clean out your bins
    Polish the table

    Extras
Do you really need all that Tuperware? Even the ones with the missing lids?

    in again!
Thanks ladies. I fell off mid week last week then did some stuff over the weekend. I'm still going through the piles that have built up causing chaos but there is progress. I want to get the dining area cleared ASAP as I need my new table up so I can empty the caravan stuff from my car into the garage....
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
  • I've got all the worktops cleared and cleaned, windowsil done too. Microwave cleaned and cubby holes all cleared out and cleaned. WM and TD both back on again and DW on with second load. :D

Need to get the kitchen table cleared next and the bin emptied.

Crafty lovely to 'see' you back.
