Contract Phone Query

Hello all,

My O/H is has a contract for the last 2 years with O2. He pays £40 (incs phone insurance) per month and only receives 400mins and 100 txts.

He went for a handset upgrade the other day and wanted the new N95 nokia. The carphone warehouse said to recieve this phone he would have to pay more monthly.:mad:

Any advise please?

Phone o2 from your mobile and select 'cancel contract'. Tell them you're paying too much and you have been told you can't have the phone you want without paying even more. They will more than likely give you the phone and reduce your tariff too. I had the same problem in November last year and threatened to cancel, I got exactly what I wanted and more!!

i rang o2 today, they offered me 500xnet mins and 150 texts for £20 a month. not sure how much for nokia n95 tho.
