  • I was suprised to see the same on my report and thought it was a mistake. Didn't think my account with BT was a credit one though, so I don't know why it would be reported. It's all green boxes though, so i'm fine with it.

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • They have reported 3 old accounts for me broadband phoneline and BT vison one of them is defaulted im totally fuming as trying to speak to someone at BT in england is very hard work.

    Just to give you a heads up....I emailed the CEO about the default which I knew shouldnt have been there, and they have removed it and sent me a cheque for £30 for the hassle.....

    When you say it shouldn't have been there what happened?
