    they can demand that you pay enough to bring it within the limit and if you dont terminate the card !.
    Yes im 100% I paid lasts months payment.

    Ive had a look and the card is over limit can they still demand payment immediately?

  • sadly these people are within their rights - they dont mention the threat of any harrassment when you apply for a card in the first place ! Being over the limit only causes these people to rub their hands with glee coz they are just going to screw you for more charges. I used to do the same and pay the minimum every month but after they hit you with interest, the balance has barely dropped.

    And yet they state that it will take significantly longer to pay off your debt with minmium payments on every statement you receive.

    Don't go over your limit and pay more than the minimum payment, it's not rocket science and it's mentioned in quite a few MSE articles on this site.

    If you cannot manage credit then do not get a credit card.
