New seller wants to sell for more money to someone else!

No, it was probably about £8 cheaper than normal as I definitely wouldn't hold him to it if he had done buy it now at 99p thinking it was auction . I've taken much harder losses on items and had to go through with the sale.0

I put it that I would leave feedback " fitting to how this sale has gone" hinting on negative. Hope this counts.
....I hate ebays stupid feedback rules . I still think sellers should be able to leave negative feedback.
...so, effectively, you want him to be able to leave you a neg even though the transaction falling through wasn't your fault.
Thankfully eBay think different.
I wouldn't have hinted at a neg, I wouldn't have offered him more postage (his responsibility) but what's done is done. Leave a calm neg, 'seller refused to sell' or somesuch, but do you not see this is why eBay stopped sellers leaving negs? Because most of the time buyers in the right would get them if they complained. There are other ways of reporting fraudulent or nuisance buyers, so there's no need to allow sellers to retaliate."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I still disagree. I have just received an unjustified negative from a woman who has left 30 out of 40 feedback comments for others that are negatives / neutrals for items from other good sellers. She definitely should have negatives on her feedback but they are all positive because of ebays stupid feedback rule.
I say, if a buyer leaves negative/ neutral feedback without ever contacting seller about problem then they should be able to get a negative against them.
If a buyer leaves bad feedback as item not received and it is still within the amount of days listing gives as handling time and within a couple of days of this to allow for postage , then again they should be able to receive a neg against them for being unreasonable and not reading listing.
I don't agree with sellers using negative feedback as blackmail , which I never have done but give sellers the power to leave negative as it is ridiculous and allows these awful buyers to continue on being awful buyers and ruining good sellers feedback!0 -

Have you reported the buyer through the new system?0 -

Yes, I also encouraged another seller of hers who has perfect feedback apart from hers to do the same, which they did as they were really angry as she gave them 2 days after auctIon end in which she left feedback for non receipt of goods!
Waiting to hear if ebay do anything, don't hold out that much hope as they haven done much in the past.0
