  • Thanks Julie, I just noticed this and will try it. Did send an email from the website but have had no reply. Their systems were all down over the weekend and monday so maybe they will answer.

    hope you are quick as I have just recieved an email from scottish poer amending my direct debit fron £72 month to £387!!! They are faster at putting it up than answering phone calls
  • Just to feed back to anyone interested, I had followed the format from my previous supplier and entered the reading as 46... whereas the actual reading on scottish powers ststem should have the zero in front of it as on my meter so 046... making the reading 10x what it should have been. My advise...post on here and David will sort the problem dont rely on scottish power phone service!
