Charges for transfer out of Santander direct ISA?

Hi
I have a Santander Direct ISA issue 7 and wish to transfer all funds out to a better rate with the Post Office
The small print of the T & C's (condition 7) states that Santander "are entitled to use any cash in your ISA .. to pay our charges"
Does anyone know if they charge for transfers out? I've never been charged by any other company so far..
