Most likely a defamation issue. Particularly as an individuals information is being published, rather than a limited company.0 -
If the info disappears this is one of the website where you can get the wh01s details:

What is being published is the public record of a .co.uk domain. From MSE Forum Guide:
Forum users should not post their or anyone else's personal details (full names, email addresses, home addresses or telephone numbers) on the forum or send them via PM (private message). This includes personal details found on public look-up sites such as Whois.com and Companies House."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -

As maninthestreet has highlighted, whether it is publically available info or not is irrelevant, the fact is that publishing that info is in breach of MSE's own terms of use.0 -
Probably because they were threatened to be/sued. I remember threads were they had to remove the information because someone kicked up a fuss.0

The T&C's look dodgy and as if they were ripped off (copied). Read the termination and cancellation sections.....11. TERMINATION
11.1 The contract will terminate immediately upon the happening of any one or more of the following, namely, that the Customer has had a bankruptcy order made against him....7. CANCELLATION
7.1 If the Customer cancels, extends or delays or purports to cancel, extend or delay the contract or part thereof, or fails to take delivery of any Goods at the time agreed (if any) or if no time is agreed within a reasonable time, then the Customer will be liable (without prejudice to any other rights of ADC to claim damages) to indemnify and keep indemnified ADC against any resulting loss, damage or expense incurred by ADC.
It all relates to credit agreements/contract for services....but the website dont sell anything that requires a credit facility.
Plus I believe the website is in breach of e-commerce regulations. I never buy from any website that doesn't provide the info they're required to.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
