Hi guys, i just spent £30 on an item i thought nobody would have, but this website had the item, so i paid for it.
I've paid by credit card which has been taken by Paypal, so am i safe?
Here's the site...
https://www.mobilesupportservices.co.uk
What do you guys think? I really need a second opinion on this, and im dreading the worst..
They have no phone number, only email. But, they are registered as a legit domain in 'Whoisit', registered until 2013..
But...
Help? Please..
Thanks

No grabbit here0

This should not be on the grabbits board - I would advise emailing the mods and asking them to move it to the consumer rights board0

All domains are registered, otherwise you would have accessed them by typing in an IP address. Having a domain name means nothing in terms of credibility. I can register a domain under a fake name right now for less than a fiver and be up and running in minutes. .co.uk domains can only be registered by someone in the UK but this is extremely easy to circumnavigate.0 -
Looks like a new outfit....
Under 'About':Information about your store here...
Doesn't even have an email address, just a contact us form.
The website looks a mess.. on the home page is a PHP/SQL error.0 -
You are protected by Paypal, if the battery doesn't arrive within about five weeks open a case.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Probably someone with some drop ship account with a Chinese supplier, there are enough of them around. Drop them an email asking when you can expect delivery see if you get a response?0

in their t&c's they refer to themselves as Advanced Data communications.... no such company on companies house, however there is a:
Companies House is only a register of limited companies. Sole Traders operating under a trading name are not required to register with companies house.0
