No spend for me so far, haven't even been to the bank to get my £10 yet. I raided my money pot to get some change for postage for sold stuff so I can avoid the bank. It's one of those money pots that you're supposed to smash to get the money out of, so I had it upsidedown with a knife trying to get coins out of it !!Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0

Today I need to post Ebay parcels (spend not counted as deducted from Ebay profits), and possibly will have to buy bread, milk etc - hoping to spend as little as possible, and nothing out of Unneccessary budget.
Still got quite a bit of petrol in the car, would have been enough to last all week if I didn't have to make three long work trips tomorrow Thurs and Fri - nevermind, will be claiming expenses back and putting into debt fund :T
Have a good day all - will be back on tonight to update exact spends today x*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0 -
I need to post a mb cashback claim form - worth 95 cash back so will spend the pound postage for delivery instead of first class.
It was gr8 drawing out the exact money for my wkly budget and then splitting it in to the appropriate envelope. It really makes you think about what you're spending.
However, I have already spent 8 pounds of my tenner!! A very good friend (more like a sister) of mine lost her Dad last August but has never greaved/cried and has just put a brave face on. But I think things are catching up with her now so we went to pizza hut at lunch time and had a good talk and split the bill. I know people may think that I've lost it spending 8 pounds of my budget on the first day - but it was truly worth it to see how much better she felt for having got everything off her chest.
I get to spend a fiver of my 30 pound shopping budget on fruit veg and milk to last til fri today and am quite excited about it!!
I used to manage my money like this when I was on benefits (got made redundant when preggers with DD1) and I used to exist on virtually nothing I don't know when things went so out of control. Probably when I got my first overdraft for a mere 100 in 2003 and had some dodgy retail therapy.
I wonder if I will ever find a man who can put up with me babbling like this in the mornings!!!
Hope every1 has a gr8 day!!

Thx CAFC - I may only have £2 left of my tenner on day 2 but everything I need is budgeted for so I've got no excuses if I go over.
theoptimist - ur not very optimistic today lol!! No, I can't find a man - not that I'm particularly looking for mr right, mr right now would do ha ha!!
I found a £2 voucher that expires today at work for Boots - however when I went in to the shop I found that you can only use it if you spend some of your own money too. As I am only taking my necessary money out with me this was impossible!! However, while I was in there I found a £5 off Fragrances voucher valid until 15th May which I'm going to try and sell on ebay!!JUST DO IT ONE BRICK AT A TIMEPROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTSWeekly Budget: groceries£50/petrol£50/Unnecesary£15DEBT PAID = 58% (£4,212/£8216):T0 -

Well I did it and it's great. Best bit was, it only cost me £8! So I have £2 left for the week. I've got so much to do this week that I can't see me spending it unless I see a hair dye in the pound shop tomorrow when I go to pay my money in.
The weird thing is that I've always had straight horrible poo hair. Now I've had it cut it's gone all bouncy and wavy. I don't think it will last but it's nice to dream! She didn't even style it, just wet cut it so it's not the way it was dried. I just have to find my hair straighteners and figure out how to use them now!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0
