    Howdy peoples!

I promised C I'd report back on my date.... I took all advice and didn't get absolutely hammered - thankyou C and Z ;) Glad I didn't, as I would quite like to remember the BEST FIRST DATE IN HISTORY!!! Whappah! Went like a dream. Was soooo nervous and it was raining so the hair that it took me about an hour to straighten was back to wavy in about 5 seconds flat. We were just chatting really easily, so chuffed. I think it's safe to say it's a good date when he asks for a second halfway through the first, don't you? :D:D

Plus, to make this DFW and unnecessary relevant, I didn't spend much money. Had to practically force him to let me pay for a couple of drinks. I'l try and keep hold of him for a while :rotfl:

While I'm feeling quite happy and vaguely "tipsy" as my mum woudl say, I'd like to thank C for this challenge! It's not to much the challenge itself that makes me check this htread everyday, it's the people on it. It's become like a big group diary, people don't moan if it's a bit offf-topic because it comes back on topic everyday when we report spends/nospends. In my opinion, best thread on the board! So, thanks C x

I'm gonna be real embarrassed about having written that in the morning. Especially as he'll prob just have texted me changing his mind about date 2 :rotfl:

Anywya, I spent about £10 tonight, but that can come out of the £15 social budget which I hardly ever use. Hopefully will be using it more often :D

    You go girl!!!

I told you it'd would be fab, honestly, you people really should listen to me more often!!

    And...........

Peachy hun :iloveyou: you little stunner.............
    I love drunk ramblings :rotfl:
But it was a very very sweet thing to say, thankyou hun :o

I've been up and out and spent £4.06 in Tesco but it was all food, and no munchies, even though all I've wanted to eat for 2 days is ice cream!
Might make some cakes later :T
And I did buy some more hair dye (I'm convinced my brain will have changed colour) to smooth over the remaining "orange-ness" but paid for it with points so dont consider that to be money :rotfl:

Just spent £2.45 of budget on a Jacket Potato and Cheese plus bag of crisps (she pops sandwiches in the fridge....) and to serve as penance for thcrime, I now have bloody indigestion! :rotfl:

It's one of them days today... I went to call in sick as I was/am hurting from baby (thanks buddy) and for a while could just about lay down to stop it, until I realised I'm the only one in on my team  . Have tonnes to do and my head's a fuzz. I thought I deserved the JP and cheese but it wouldn't appear my maker has other thoughts on the subject :rotfl:

Oh well.... maybe I should wash it down with the crisps and see what happens?

Hopefully no more spends today. Updating Sig now... :o

kiwi88... you've got me dribbling now

    Mmmmmm cake. I want some.

Been food shopping, spent £18 for the week. It's amazing how when you start seeing someone there's nothing on earth that can make you pick up some chocolate  Let's hope it lasts! Didn't buy anything unnecessary :T

    Well done you Peachy..

And for resisting the chocolate.......... super will power!
The only thing currently stopping me from walking round to the local shop is the rain......... and my cakes which are looking rather yummy in the oven!

They'd better taste nice otherwise i will crumble and walk to the shop!!

  • This is an amazingly good idea, top marks to whoever came up with it!

    Room for one more?

I'm a student living at home with a job, and on pretty good money for a student, but I still spend too much. Going to cut down, since I'm moving away in the autumn so need to conserve funds!
