Blocked in to my parking space

I am pleased that the threat of cowboy clampers has been removed from 1st October. However as I look out of my office window I see that my car is blocked in (no way to move it) in the private car park where I rent an office (and pay business rates on the parking space.....)
What happens to me now that the threat of clamping on private land has been removed? How am I to leave the office early when some muppet has blocked me in? What are my remedies?
Legal suggestions are welcome!

Demand that the landowner installs a barrier that can only be opened by you and other authorised users of the land.0 -
A barrier cannot be installed because access to the car park is shared with a householder, ie the car park and the public highway are not separated.0

Is the correct answer. It is illegal to deny someone the use of their car either by clamping or blocking in. OP - ring the police and get the car removed. All aboard the Gus Bus !0 -
Is the vehicle blocking your exit on the public highway?
A picture is worth a thousand words. Can you post a link to Google Streetview or give thye exact location.0 -
SodG24 - absolutely correct
I phoned 101 (non-emergency number) they spoke to the keeper and the car disappeared within 15 minutes. So I am now a fan of 101!
Thanks for the other suggestions too.0
