    Congratulations

If you want to get a new deal travel card you need to request this before you tell them about the job. Your best bet would be to go to jobcentre first thing Tuesday, with passport photos, to get a new deal card, then go back later and tell them that you have just received a call telling you that you've got the job. You can then approach the subject of ADF. ADF is a fund to enable you to work, so what do you need for work? clothes? tools? PPE? What type of work will you be doing, do they provide a uniform, or do you need to wear a particular colour or style of clothing or footwear?

Er.... I wouldn't suggest lying. Chinesedeli already has a case because she tried to contact advisor who wasn't there, it's better going down that route with support from the advisor than lying to the Jobcentre about the date of the job (which they might well check anyway).

Hi every1 thanks again for all of your help. Today has been a busy day but I managed to get loads sorted out. My advisor has been really nice to me today and she was so happy for me that I have got a job. She let me buy £200 of clothes and also get my hair done which was brilliant. I feel so happy and I start my job tomorrow, so wish me luck everyone and I hope that I can help you lot out when you need it too XXX
