Boiler Issues

Hi all
Not sure if this is the right place to post but looking for some advice.
I've got a glow worm boiler which has been nothing but problems since we got it. We moved into the property 3 years ago and its a new build so a brand new boiler.
The water pump went 2 years ago and glow worm came out and replaced it. Today this has happened again so i have no heating or hot water.
I've rang glow worm and they want £118 to come out and look at it, i told them i wasn't happy with that as it's the second time this has happened in three years and surely this shouldn't be happening with a brand new boiler.
Do you think its unreasonable for me to expect them to come out and look at it free of charge or at least at a discounted rate. Not really sure what to do next.

Unfortunately this is about right for Glow Worm boilers. I find them very unreliable and won't fit them.
But then, all new builds have 'cheap' boilers fitted, so the builders make more profit.0
