Problem with o2 not updating the amount of minutes left

Does anybody have problems with o2 not updating the amount of minutes left?

My girlfriend’s o2 pay monthly (direct with o2) only updates the amount of minutes left about once a week, both on the phone and through the (utterly crap) o2 online website.

This is useless. Does everybody have this issue?

its usually 2/3 days behind, which is pathetic when you compare with 3 which is pretty much up to the minute. o2 service in my view is deliberately behind so users go over their allowances.

Mine is updating daily. It shows the calls I made yesterday, Is it an exception?

I am on a £10 monthly contract which gives me 125 anytime crossnetwork minutes and 100 texts,

I normally reset my counters on the first day of the billing cycle. That way do not have to rely on O2 updating my remaining minutes.
