    Well, I'm not happy with them.

    I placed an order last night. Today, I have come home from work to find an email: 'your items are unavailable'.

    This really annoys me! Can't they count? Why take the order, if they don't have the stock?

    I've tried to track my order, and it says 'goods issue' next to each item.
    Wonder if that means there's an issue, or they're waiting to be issued?

    My order changed to 'goods issue' last night. It then arrived this morning, shortly before I received the dispatch email!
    I had ordered the Emma Bridgewater caketins (originally ordered last week, that order was cancelled due to no stock. I ordered them again and the second order has been delivered!)

    Got a dispatch e-mail at 3am today and parcel delivered by Parcel Force just after 10am. Very pleased with the items and fancy gift box too.

    Were the cake tins packaged in a large box? Mine are waiting at the Post Office and I'm trying to decide if I'll be able to manage to get them home on my bike tomorrow!

    It means that goods have been issued to you and are on their way to you :-). My dispatch e-mail said the same and arrived very quickly after that.
