Have you rang Parcelforce ?

it was left in my logstore, from the card being left to me getting home 15 minutes. but they say it was signed for by my neighbour, who i checked with and they werent even home at the time! why would a delivery man get the neighbour to sign for it it then leave in at my property? they dont want to know about it, told me to claim from harrods.what bad customer service from parcelforce.
something dodgy going on...harrods boxes must look very appealing at this time of year.

I had something similar once, when I had ordered a box of wine from M and S. They were most surprised when I said I hadn't received it as they had it down as being delivered some time before. They were fab and sent out another box and said that the delivery company were responsible and would be footing the bill. Definitely worth a call to Harrods.

Nothing for me yet? Ordered last Wed? I'll give it another couple of days.

Thanks have rung harrods, who are dealing with it. They are very helpful as you would expect.they are getting back to me in a few days after they have one a drivers interview.

Just received my credit card statement and it turns out Harrods billed me twice! Yes, TWICE for the same transaction. No wonder they could offer free delivery and BOGOF! Haven't even received the stuff yet! Just a wee warning to you all to check!

I was surprised that they left 2 parcels on my doorstep - thought they would, at least, have tried one of the neighbours.

Please let us know how you get on with Harrods customer service about this, would be kee n to find out how responsive they are.

I certainly will. When I called they were very friendly, opened a case immediately and said someone would get back to me within 24hrs. We'll see! Will keep you posted!

had a knock on the door yesterday from parcelforce to ask if I rec'd the 2 parcels they left the day before & to find out where the best place is to leave anything if no-one is in.

Aren't Parcelfarce supposed to get signatures as it's tracked?
