Mortgage while pregnant...

Application in my name only due to partner having bad credit. It's not a new build so it shouldn't be a long wait between exchange and completion but after looking on here it looks as though that an offer can be pulled at anytime. My mortgage app was fast tracked only needed to provide payslips and prove of id.0

Halifax systems update automaticaly via experian. Should anything untowards happen it'll pull the offer automatically.
Jayjay, as long as you are comfortable that you are going to retain your old income then you'll be ok. Remember should it go bad you wont have a leg to stand on.
Random audits do involve rigourous scrutiny of those apps. Be prepared for employer confirmation should it come to that in a legally binding manor from your employer ie written confirmation from you youll go back full time.0 -

.
My main concern is that they will pull the offer all together if i get audited, rather than just reducing it0 -
Unlikely should what you have told us stacks up. Not every applicant in the uk is genuine and mortgage manipulation happens daily, which is why these checks appear.
If in your heart of hearts everything stacks up bar a bit extra on debt, you'll sail through.
Have some night nurse and enjoy your sleep....it'll be fine.0
