Yes thanks for a quick reply Taffy.
Am intending to do exactly that and am really not worried about it!
Their number pops up on the phone screen so I don't even have to answer it. A really cheap and useful service that, BTW...get it and be in control.

The issue of phone calls has been covered loads of times on this forum. It's very simple to get rid of the vermin, nip this in the bud now!

You say 'EuroParks ' and 'Credit Control'...do you mean EURO CAR PARKS and CONTROL ACCOUNT (their well known pen-pushing debt collection firm?).

Just answer 'Control Account' and say:

'Right, take note of this. Any alleged debt to Euro Car Parks is disputed and expressly DENIED. You must NOT contact me again in any format, including post, email, text, phone calls, ANYTHING. As the debt is denied, return the matter to Euro Car Parks right now or I will sue you for damages for harrassment. IS THAT CLEAR?'

No other discussion at all. DO NOT enter into any conversation, dictate that at them and stand up when saying it (makes it sound more assertive!!).

PHONE DOWN, end of phone calls. No more dodging them needed.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for that Coupon...It is Credit control that is ringing a 2,3 or so times a week! I've just been letting it ring itself out as I got there no on my phone screen. Was hoping they would go away (heard nothing the last 5 or 6 days) but will take your advice if it continues..
    Thanks again.
