sainsburys bank PPI

I'm pretty sure we were mis-sold PPI on a loan in 2009. I've still got all the paperwork to prove it. Sainsburys Bank do their own claim service. Should I use this or go through MSE?

Result!!! Letter today stating that we are being offered a payment of £1782!! Offer excepted, so so pleased! Didn't think we'd get anything. Would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to MSE for bringing this to my attention and to all the help from MSE members!
