sainsburys bank PPI

I'm pretty sure we were mis-sold PPI on a loan in 2009. I've still got all the paperwork to prove it.
Sainsburys Bank do their own claim service. Should I use this or go through MSE?

I assume its the same reclaim complaint questionnaire, no harm in checking out the business website to make sure though.

If you have reasons to believe you were mis sold, then yes go for it.
Keep copies of the questionnaire you complete.

Ok thanks. On the sainsburys bank website it's just an enquiry form you fill in, then they call you back within 24 hours so i'm not sure.

Sorry for not being here to respond earlier, as Taff says just the cost of a stamp, it's up to you if you want to use signed for recorded. Keep a copy as well.

Update...received a letter from The Royal Bank of Scotland today acknowledging our form and that they are dealing with our complaint so fingers crossed!!
