You claim there has been a regular monthly unauthorised deduction every month for the last 5 years ... getting on for almost 60 unauthorised transactions you failed to notice previously?! :eek:

Had a similar fright with 4 months of DD against an obscure "DGS/RPP". It turned out to be a legitimate Worcester Bosch Service Plan (looking after our oil central heating boiler). Just in case anyone else has one of those...0
