Cheapest SIM-Free Unlocked Nokia £25 (2310)

Whilst trying to buy a cheap replacement Nokia to put my "Fresh" Sim card into I came across this following "anomaly" from Carphone Warehouse.
You can buy a Sim Free 2310 for £60, but if you buy a TMobile PAYG 2310 for £35 (paying by credit card - it is £40 for cash) you get £10 worth of calls on the Sim, but, WAIT FOR THIS, the mobile is NOT locked to TMobile!!!!
The reason is simple. Carphone Warehouse keep their stock levels on this phone low by only stocking unlocked phones which are sold on the different PAYG deals for different mobiles at different prices. The TMobile deal is currently the lowest. I bought the phone, put my Fresh Sim in and it worked straight away. As the cheapest "legit" Sim Free Nokia is the 1110, only avail by internet now from CW at £40, this anomaly must be the cheapest Sim Free Nokia on the market. Now as the 2310 is difficult to unlock yourself, getting your hands on an unlocked one without paying the legit tariff is very appealing. This information came from a CW employee (name witheld to protect the helpful).
I suspect when the networks find out CW is doing this they will try to stop them, but for now I think this is the cheapest way to get your hands on a Sim Free Nokia.
