Ps i have added on the form that i have health issues, and that i was also doing a work placement at the time.

  • i wouldnt like to hazard a gues its upto JCP.

but its most likely! you will. did ambulance attend? was you there in the building for the interview when it happened? or did it come one before you left the house and didnt go, did you phone them to explain youd be late or could they rearrange.

i suppose you could try and make ammends here and rearrange the interview if the company agree's and take plight in you situation of having a panick attack.

i suffer panick attacks they differ everytime i have one from just having anxiety and tight chestiness and racing heart, to being unable to breath and last for upto 15-30 mins and having ambulance attend.

What help are you getting for your panic attacks? Medication is not a long term answer, you are far better to focus on finding a suitable coping mechanism.

Did you phone the people you had an interview explained you felt unwell and ask if there were any chance to have our at a later time. Unlikely they would accommodate but would show commitment.

an anti depressant, that helps with deprssion and anxiety, but doesnt cure the triggers.

i went on many therepy courses perhaps you could ask your doctor about CBT? (some can enlighten i forgot the name).
  • They could possibly give you the 13 week sanction if it is the first time you have gone through the sanction process. I don't know for sure though.

Have also done therapy course but has not seemed to work I have ADHD so that might be part of the cause.

Re no benefits for 13 weeks

That over Xmas which would be a big problem is there anything else you can claim if they stop them?
