Today has been a lovely daywe went swimming and had some time in the sauna, steamroom and whirlpool :j my mother has paid for a family membership for one month at the local health and fitness centre, she said it is a gift to make me tone up  she is amazed at the weightloss and said joining a gym would help too  I think she is being nice for a change :rotfl: I am beginning to see the nicer side of her, that's something that few people have seen for years
Next weeks budget is £5 and I am sticking to it,I need some trainers, but they will come from my 'bit put aside' for clothes

Only spent £1.49 on a bag of licorice allsorts this week! Shame on me! Can you tell the diet is not going too well? Mind you the lack os spending has been helped by the fact that my back has been playing up severely and I've not been outdoors since Tuesday.Same target for next week I think!Resolution:
Think twice before spending anything!0
