I seriously need to learn to drive.
Today i piled the buggy up and got the bus back from T's carrying 4 x andrex , 8 x blocks of cheese, 4 x floras, 2 x anchors, a 4pt milk. 12 cans of cat food, 6 x pasta sauces, various fruit and veg and a 2 year old. I could barely lift the buggy on to the bus and the andrex hogged the aisle so nobody could get on or off without having to leap over everything.
On the plus side my arms are getting rather toned :rotfl:
I think i deserve a glass of plonk
Hope all is well with everyone. x
When I had my son I choose a Silvercross pram (£300 25 years ago), I used to walk miles and for the first few weeks Gavin used to lie across the pillow while I filled the pram with shopping0 -

Hi everyone... I know I'm just a silent lurker but I hope you don't mind me sharing a horrible experience in my desire to get a bargain and to do that tosco petrol promo.. I don't drive and the nearest extra to me is either trow#ridge or shepto# ma!!st. So I'm here at shepto# around 5pm by bus, asked Driver twice if there will be a last bus at 1815 and he said yes without a doubt. So now no bus they said_ I'm stranded as there's a carnival and Imy only options is e to wait for my son to finish work so he can get me. I want to cry! All I wanted is to save money huhuhu and now. I'm so cold and sadand hungry... My andrex and Robinson's staring t me huhuhu

Sorry rant over I just thought I share a not so good experienc and what I have to go thru to get my coupons ane just to get a bargain and something to smile as well for being stupid....
Hi
I have sent you a pm as I can help if you are still stuck. My daughter and her boyfriend live in Shept-n Mallet and would be happy to come and find you and you could wait at theirs for your son.0 -

By the sounds of it Stinky you have a few arms on you, all that shopping and the Dear 2 year old. Are you sure you are not an Octypus?
Still well done you, your arms will be like steel soon. Mr Stinky had better watch out Budgie thinks?
I am glad to see that the thread is now calm, I did have a pm on Monday evening off one member actually saying a sorry. I didn't know what to do with it to be honest? So I did nothing and now I think they are no longer about?
Its hard isn't it on an internet forum, I always like to think the best of people, Budgie is naive in that way I am afraid.
Still the problem sorted itself out in the end.
Oh and Mrs B re: Amazon, once I placed an order for a few crimbo pressies and I received a parcel without Dh's Star Trek boxed series. It wasn't in the parcel but on the enclosed invoice it said that it had been dispatched.
I contacted Amazon who at first said that it had been dispatched I wrote back to them stating that it was not in the parcel I had received and if they were saying that it was in there when clearly it wasn't, then they needed to contact the police as it had been stolen prior to dispatch. I got it resent out, if I remember correctly though I am not sure, the barcode on the parcel is scanned and it says whats in the parcel and they can go off that?
That is probably irrelevant as you I am sure will get your parcel but it did put Budgie off for awhile on ordering things.
Iamsohappy thanks sweetheart and yes Budgie is looking after herself I have tonight purchased a smoothie to go blenderIt was mse 20% off at Argos and I had a £5 voucher too from the last promo. Bought lots of fruit and am now looking at recipies. Hope you are ok too? xxx
Ok time to input my Asda receipt, it is all normal shopping with lots of fruit for said smoothie maker.
Laters Budgie xxxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

Its a "mama and papas pliko" and it has ample storage space underneath it that i regularly take advantage of. I've already ripped the ahem posterior out of it and had to stitch it up.:o It still holds an absolute ton of stuff under it. If it gets really heavy then i just make the boy get out and walkLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0
