This is my gorgeous Ben who had to be PTS three weeks ago. I'm really really missing him! We got him as a pup 11 years ago, when I gave up my office job to work from home, so he was such a big part of our lives.

In a few months time, when we've had some foreign holidays we intend to adopt an oldie, maybe a springer spaniel, but about 10 years old!!!

awww Ben is lovely thanks for sharing him with us - really sorry for your loss.......hugs

Well done to all those losing weight......I did actually walk to T's this evening as psycho cat needed food and i really do need to start getting fit again....over a year since gicving up smoking and all these choc glitches have not helped!

    Good evening everyone

Its strange I was the same as some others began to write how upset I was about the way the thread was going but deleted before posting as didn't want to feed the trolls.

So glad the regulars have outed these trouble makers so that the thread can get back to being the happy helpful friendly place it was. Thank you Purdy.

Dear Budgie I feel that we have alot in common. Love my soaps crisps red wine but only fools me & dh love. We watch it every night in bed we have the complete boxset & watch it in order & when we get to the end we watch it all again. Peops might think we're sad but no matter how our day has been we always have a laugh before we sleep. Even when dh has not been well of late we try & get an episode in:) Do you have a favourite episode?

havent had chance to catch up on everything.
    hope everyone is ok
thankyou for your posts regarding oh operation. all is well, considering, hes up and mobile, blood presure a bit up and down and he has a slight temperature. doctor assures us that he can attend his mothers funeral tomorrow, even if it means i take him back to hospital after, so thats one less thing he, and i, have to worry about. dreaded the thought of having to leave him at the hospital on his own whilst supporting the rest of the family during the service.
your support during this difficult time has been priceless, so thankyou once again xxxxxxxxx

A tiny bit of good news in the midst of all your sadness, will be thinking of you tomorrow xx

Apparently there are two different Tayto's - one from the Republic of Ireland and the other from Northern Ireland and both have launched in the England/Wales market - though only the Northern Ireland version can market themselve's as Tayto as they own the trademark in England

Hi sweetheart, I have just logged out but logged in again to answer this. :)

I too have the whole box set and I put it on when I need to be cheered up. I love all the episodes but I have to say Budgie's favorite is:

"THE JOLLY BOYS OUTING" :D I and my Ds absolutely love this episode and I could quote it off by heart.

Tis Luvely Jubbly so it is. ;)

I also have the Columbo boxed set too.

Oh and "Just One More Thing" ;) cheese and onion are the favorite crisps and wine has to be red. :)

    Take care Budgie xxx
Cherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home :)
