Can I ask if the meaty walkers were 12+ 8 free or just a straight 12 pack. Tia x
Sorry ignore me they were walkers classics x

Yes I've stuck to getting the 12 packs of classic as oh had a tantrum about having no lunch crisps in the cupboard and having to pay 60p for them - needless to say his fault for not asking for them to be added to the shop list PRIOR TO SHOPPING!
    Will they ever learn :D

    Afternoon everyone

It was my 25th wedding anniversary yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I was a bit shocked when one of these was delivered

Now we have needed a new fridge freezer for ages and this one is lovely and will go wonderfully in the new kitchen when it's finished. But I was rather dismayed to discover that this was my anniversary pressie:(. My OH has always been the practical type....I've had a dishwasher, coffee maker, dyson and other practical gifts over the years and I've just gotten used to it but I had thought that as it was a special anniversary he might buy me something a bit more personal or special. Needless to say I spent the rest of the day in a bit if a strop not helped by him commenting that he thought that it was a great idea because it was silver and appropriate for a silver wedding pressie:mad:

Well anyway I'd gotten over it by this morning. Went out to do a few things this morning then went to pick OH from hospital at lunch time. Just after we got home there was a knock at the door, It was a man from a car dealership delivering a brand new shiny one of these

So guess how stoopid and selfish and ungrateful I feel now?:o. Luckily OH just thinks he's funny (nice to see he still has a sense of humour:cool:)

New car for me has been on the cards for ages. the one I have now is practically falling apart but With all the goings on I haven't a chance to sort a new one out. So I have had a harsh lesson about being ungrateful and am off now to find me knee pads for all the grovelling I'm going to be doing.

    Sorry for the long post:o

Happy anniversary fairclaire and hubbie, OMG he's done good, my DH would have done the same.
He'd worked out that our second anniversary was 'cotton' so spent weeks cross stitching a lovely picture with loads of hearts etc. but he thought it was funny to give me a cotton hanky:eek: but after work he arrived in with a diamond eternity ring, apparently he'd asked his boss to keep it in the safe in work but one of the office staff refused to give it to him, he even got the boss to phone me later that night to confirm what had happened.:rotfl:

If someone came up to me, and started handing out boxes of chocolates for no reason.. I'd think they were a shop lifter or something, wanting to get rid of HOT stuff. Be careful.

I think I'll be OK, I seem quite attatched to the receipts for my purchases for some strange reason.
Your concern is quite touching though, thankyou.

Am I missing something or can mt compare with sainsbobs or Mr T?
I as sure I had seen a good result from T so added s&g but mine compared to sainsbobs.

    I got caught out too

Bought toby/MT, fillers and herb/butter potatoes.

Pots are 39p in T still but shop compared against S at £1.40

    Tenth Anniversary
Evening everyone, fairlclaire congratulations on your wedding anniversary, 25 years:j and a well deserved present too, hope you enjoy it.
Another Clubcard question...can you get the CC points put back on for the days out vouchers if you haven't used them?

    TIA.
I am sure that t's changed the t&c to stop the return of unused converted deals and also cc coupons that were going out of date, maybe if mhoc is around she will confirm:)
