Yeah they where x 4 last year, im waiting to see too if its the same this year, if not i may try my luck and see if they can extend a few vouchers as i have some that run out on the 31Dec

Has anyone had any experience complaining to Hovis? I had a really strange loaf of bread the other week - it was really heavy, under half the loaf weighed 500g when the whole loaf was only meant to be 800g and when we tried toasting it, it wouldn't colour and smelt really yeasty. Anyway I contacted them through their website on 29th October and apart from the automated response have heard nothing

Thanks for confirming this - fingers crossed it happens soon. As I mentioned, I rang Mr CC and he was really lovely; he extended some vouchers for me, so I'm sure it'll be no problem neosi.

Ive never done it myself but ive seen posts from peeps before and they managed it. They just rang the CC number and said they were saving up for something and could they extend the ones that where due to run out.
