I saw a post on there from a pepipoo member asking them to update their advice as mse & pepipoo picks up the mess they create. I just think that the advice being given is utterly wrong in a lot of cases.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Perhaps CAG should just close down their private parking section and leave it to the better informed members on MSE and PePiPoo, just leaving a link directing people to those two forums?

This is the latest answer from a member of the CAG site team:-

As for MSE and Pepipoo.. I wonder how either of those sites would feel if I were to register on them and then "spam" them with links to CAG !!

If anyone believes the advice given on CAG is wrong - then they should let us know and it can be corrected. It is my understanding though we are broadly giving the same information.

I don't think that either of the above forums have problems linking to other sites do they? It's just CAG.

The only thing this site would have a problem with is SPAM links. Links in posts to actual helpful threads would be welcomed - and we do this regularly with links to other forums and sources of info.

The thing is that people DO think advice given on CAG is wrong (for PCN-related topics). The problem is that CAG moderators then delete or heavily edit posts highlighting this fact.

    Not your problem, but CAG's.

They have always been up themselves. One of their mods, Jonni2bad , was a nasty and arrogant piece of work and he typified their attitude. The site looks awful too since their most recent change.

quite amusing that one of the site team mods states he is in "Cloud Cuckoo Land" and the other "Back of beyond" perhaps they should both get real and start to deal with the problems as KIFL and DBC/Trist state in an adult manner!
