Like all the other posters on this board, you have a fake PCN. Only ever take seriously a parking ticket from the Police or Council.
The registered keeper can just ignore it and ignore the other letters that will arrive. The letters are easy to ignore and laugh at, when they arrive at the address of someone who knows it's all hogwash and not a real parking ticket at all.
The whole scam of fake PCNs relies firstly on people's ignorance of the fact that a random private company can't fine anyone, and secondly on their natural fear of parking tickets and the escalating costs/bailiff scenario. So PPCs copy the look of a real parking ticket and - hey presto! - the cash rolls in from victims who know no better.
There is no fine, no CCJ, no bailiff, no debt, no effect on credit rating, no Court, no repercussions at all from a pathetic, unenforceable fake PCN (= invoice) issued by a random third party.
Tick off the threatening letters here.
Watchdog clip with expert Solicitor's opinion - featuring a fake PCN with photos of a car just like your fake PCN here.
Barrister's opinion - read the answer at the bottom, it's very clear! - here.
So I recommend from now on that you just play snap with the threatograms from debt collectors - choose to ignore and laugh at the scammer and their attempt to extort money. It's like deleting obvious phishing emails from your 'Bank'; it's a very similar con based on impersonation of authority.
DID I SAY DO NOT PAY?!!!!!!!!!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Free car park?
No landowner losses.
No reason to reply to them.
Next case please...!0 -
it says it should be made payable to G24 LTD ....but ill hold my ground and not pay! ... its scandelous. before one of my friends said to check out this site, i would have just paid it no arguments... but i thought it seemed a lot to steep for overstaying 35 minutes in a free car park which isnt even council! x0

Step one Bex, will be to sit by and let the time lapse, let them run like children for their mail only to find you have not addressed the ticket. And it is perfectly legal, I mean - do they know who you are? Do they know me and where I was and that I may not have torn off the ticket before you returned to your car?
This will cost then about £2.50 to get keeper details from the DVLA. You then write to reject the demand if you wish, based on it being unlawful. Let them reject you and hopefully you can make a second representation to POPLA which will make them pay £32, non-refundable, and nothing binding for you when POPLA reject you!

How about you take the whole lot back, demand a refund, and explain exactly why you are doing so. Make sure the manager of the store is fully aware how their agents (G24) are treating the store's good customers. If they claim, "it's nothing to do with us", laugh in their faces, and explain that it's everything to do with them, even if the PPC is imposed by the store's landlord.i was in their shop the whole time buying xmas presents ...0 -

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha - my FAVOURITE !!!!!
Note my username
I've ignored two sets of invoices from them.
Just to you know what a scummy lowlife company they are they broke their contract with Nominet ( the people who control the internet domain names ) by supplying an address with a PO Box number. This was against the contract they entered into. When challenged they provided a false address. It was only when Nominet threatened to take away their domain name g24.co.uk that they supplied a proper real address.
Look at your invoice - I bet it doesn't show the VAT ? They provide a service and so VAT should be shown but it isn't. That's because they are tax evaders as well.
Such lovely people at G24 - scum and scammers. Ignore them. All aboard the Gus Bus !0 -
Ignore G24 and in future avoid the shoo which employs them0
