Make sure you inform JL about the incorrect location on the tracker.

Just tracked it through Hermes and it is entered as:
    "Delivered to outbuilding"!!

    Do you have an outbuilding?

If so is it accessible and secure?

Email hermes and ask them how the driver managed to access your locked garage, stating you have security concerns. Also inform them that someone else appears to have done the same as there is no parcel inside.

Also ask them if it is company policy for drivers to climb 6' gates and await their reply.

Have had a reply from JL who say they are sorry and will persue it with the correct departments, they have offered to replace the nexus if it is damaged, if not they have offered me a £25 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

I'd report it to JL (email and/or letter) and see what they say. (You might get a goodwill gesture).

    ;)

And yes - I have bought a Euromillions ticket for tonight. :D

    Hermes are useless.

I have been waiting nearly three weeks for two parcels which they have, but they will not deliver to my house because I live in an unadopted road. So they have now given them to UPS and they have had them 5 days and still no parcels. This is the fifth time in recent months they have taken at least 10 days to deliver to me.

I would never use Hermes and I am determined to advise all the people I buy from not to use them.
