is there a cheaper way out?

Hi,

I've been with o2 for years - since before it was o2, back when it was BT Genie! But recently have had bad service and network issues and am generally fed up. I've had a look around and could get a new phone on a cheaper contract than I am currently on.

o2 have quoted £310 to cancel my contract now because it doesn't run out until October next year.

I just wondered if anyone knew if there is any other way out of the contract at all or if I am stuck there?!!

There isn't any way of getting out of your contract, so I would advise that you sell your phone to offset against the ETF etc.
