Won Appeal ! what now ?

The DWP told me they'd send out a letter to us 4 days after the appeal, but we never got one. If I were you I wouldn't leave it too long as they might've overlooked it.

I've probably got a big of a wait then still, it's so frustrating they owe me the money and yet drag their heels to pay out yet if it was the other way around I'm sure it would be a different story!!!

OP, have you heard anything back yet?

I phoned for the third time today and actually spoke to someone who was helpful this time. He phoned the tribunal service and they said that our tribunal had NOT been successful! I told them we'd been called back into the room after they'd made the decision and had been told it WAS successful. We also got the paperwork saying it had been successful and that she would get MRC backdated from January 2012. Now, they are having to pull her notes again to see what has happened. He said she should receive her money within 5-10 working days, so here's hoping.

So if anyone hasn't heard anything - chase them up! My daughter's tribunal was 7 weeks ago today.
