I've had BT broadband for a long time and apart from the odd disconnection I've found it very reliable and fast we run a PC , laptops, ipads and phones all on the wi-fi connection no problems . I'm sure there will be people who have a different story but I've had nothing but good service from them.#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Used to work for them a few years back, if it works its great but if it doesnt their india support is naff and used to even do my head in as an engineer.
I would avoid bt visionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
BT is one of the lowest rated ISP's in the UK. Invariably near the bottom of every consumer survey conducted, along with Orange and TT.
BT Vision is just Freeview with some on-demand content-and it locks you into BT's overpriced broadband.
Sugest you first check your LLU options with a samknows exchange search. No free lunch, and no free laptop
