Its a Voucher Code. I think its only the 1000 thats working, I just tried it there, and the 2000 is for the 10"

I put my cashback claim in on 23rd November, but made a mistake on the model number, so I sent them an email.

I got the following reply on 27th November.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately due to the high demand of this promotion, we are experiencing a backlog in validating claims.

As you have a claim ID number *******, I can confirm that we do have your claim on our system. Your claim will be validated within 14 business days from today, if you do not receive a response after this time, please contact us again.

I apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

Kind Regards,

So it looks like there is going to be a 20 working day delay in validating claims, in case anyone is banking on getting the cash back by Christmas.

When I rang them yesterday the young lady validated my claims and e mailed me confirming. She said I would receive cheque and memory card within 30 days so its not looking good if your claim hasnt yet been validated.
