The paper claim form doesnt have enough spaces for the full ZWABTU code to fit

Take off the Z, the model numbers (page 2) show you just need the 2nd letter :)

Or use the online form. I used that for a Samsung laptop purchase recently and it was totally straight forward. No worries about losing the receipt in the post and you get paid by bank transfer rather than a 'cheque', whatever one of those are...

NB better details of the promotion (and all the model numbers) here: reviewlaptops.co.uk/introduction/view.do?viewguide=SamsungTabletsCashbackPromotion-2012. Worth paying attention to the T&Cs actually as you have to apply within quite a restrictive time frame and not every retailer is accepted. For example Pixmania is specifically mentioned as been excluded!
  • When my tablet was delivered by CPW i didn't get a receipt. Has anyone managed to claim using the order confirmation email or will i need to request receipt from CPW?

Its too much of hassle for old hardward. I'd rather plumb for the PlayBook and use TCB or Quidco and the PC world cash back offer and take home a 64GB one. That's what I have atm, and its really good for my needs. Mainly, entertainment. Its my TV on the go!
Living off £450 per month is easy...! If you aren't single! :j

You should have had a an Invoice enclosed with Tab you need to contact Carphone Warehouse asap.
  • Please check my understanding ...
SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 2 @ PC World is £158
They have a buy any CAse and claim £50 cashback just read T&C
They will price match Carphone Warehouse PLUS beat by 10% thus cost to buy is £145.
SAMSUNG are they offering £30 cashback + 8GB Micro SD card
So cost to buy is £145 Pluse case (seen one at £12.50) Less £50 PC World cashback Less £30 SAMSUNG cashback
    £145 + 12.50 = £157.50 - £80 = £77,50

    Cheers
Sorry I am not allowed to post links :(
  • sammonp - it's not £80 cash back in total, it's only £50. You get £30 from Samsung and £20 from Currys/PC World

Damn ... looks like CPW have removed the £149 deal - just as i was going to go to PC World after work ..... so deal will be £13 more expensive
  • people that have done the claim online, can i ask what your confirmation email said? just received mine & it states "Thank you for submitting your claim for the Samsung Back To College offer. Your online claim is now complete." Which is somewhat confusing as i didn't complete the claim for the back to college offer??

just checked the site again to see if i did pick the wrong option, no, definitely chose "galaxy tab 2, purchase after 24.10.12".

    thanks :)
